Policies

 

Shipping for in stock items - all packages will be shipped as quickly as possible and arrival time will depend one where you live and what shipping method you select. We highly recommend using tracked shipping as this is not only much quicker, but means we can track your item if it goes missing and offer a replacement. If tracking is not used we often cannot offer a replacement if the parcel is lost in transit as NZ Post rarely offers compensation unless it's tracked. 

Preordered items - preordered items are not shipped until we have received the products from our manufacturing house, it usually takes 8 weeks from the beginning of a preorder period for preorders to be processed and dispatched. This is a guideline and it is a very real possibility that it will take longer especially with the impact COVID has had on international shipping routes. We will try keep everyone up to date with the whereabouts of preorders, this will be done via email and social media posts. To make sure you receive these updates please make sure you give us your email at checkout. We do our best to make it as clear as we can which product is a preordered product, therefore we cannot offer refunds on preorders.

Lost or missing parcels - if 10 business days have passed since you were notified by us that your parcel has been shipped please contact us as soon as possible so we can get in touch with NZ Post to see where your parcel is. NZ Post's compensation policy for lost or missing parcels only lasts for 14 business days since the parcel was sent, so time is of the essence. We do not take responsibility for lost or missing parcels but we can offer alternatives like store credit or replacements on a case by case basis if NZ Post does not offer compensation.

Refunds and exchanges - if an item is damaged in some way, we are more than happy to exchange and replace it free of cost. If you’d like to swap if you have received a different size to what you ordered we are also more than happy to exchange (if we have a replacement in stock) as long as shipping is paid for on both ends. We do not offer refunds for any other reasons eg if the customer changes their mind or they're not satisfied with the product and how it looks compared to the website, but we can offer store credit if organised and customer arranges shipping. For preorders the images used on the website are mockups so the actual colour and size/placement of the designs are subject to differ from the image. Our manufactures do their best to replicate the mockups shown on our website but we cannot guarantee the products will be exactly the same as the image in terms of colour and design size/placement. If you are unhappy with your products when you receive them we cannot offer you a refund however we can offer a store credit or exchange for another product if the product you are unsatisfied with is sent back in its original, unworn condition.
